Infragistics not highlighting objects in RFT

Hi,

I have installed infragistics V2010.3 But my objects are not highlighted when i run my script through RFT. But i can able to capture the window.When i tried to highlight it is not working.Can u please help on this issue.

    Thank you for contacting Infragistics Developer Support.

    Please clarify what exactly you mean by “my objects are not highlighted”. I will also need to know the following details:

    -Version of RFT

    -Version of TestAdvantage

    -Version of NetAdvantage that the application under test uses

    -The OS that you are using. Is it 32 or 64 bit?

    -Can you record or replay scripts on Infragistics objects
