we have an Ultraweb menu with the Version info = v4.0.30319 in one of our builds and I need to install the control set to do some deve R&D
the Tree shows UltraWebNavigator V11.1, which install would I need to get this on my machine?

You would need to download Net Advantage for ASP.Net 2011 Vol1.
You can download it from this page:
http://es.infragistics.com/products/downloads/archived
This would by default install the latest SR for that version which is 11.1.20111.2238.
If you need another specific build version of 11.1 let me know.
