Unfortunately Drag & Drop is currently only supported for IE 5.5+. You can find more information on this with details in the Drag & Drop help section of our manual located here:

Good news is that we already have a solid drag & drop functionality implemented for all our control and it will be featured in the next releases of our next generation ASP.NET suite - Aikido - for example in the WebDataTree control:

Take a look at the WebDataTree control in the November Aikido CTP. This new control will be included in a future release of the NetAdvantage Web Client toolset.
Do you know when the infragistic component will allow to drag and drop nodes in the trees??? I am using the version 7.3.20073.1054. Are you planning to create some pathches or something in order to fix that? I can not afford to upgrade to aikido at the moment and we are really in a hurry for finishing our prject.

The next CTP of Aikido will be released end of May. The new component will be called WebDataTree (in fact, currently there is a preview in the private Aikido CTP of Aikido, however drag & drop is still not implemented there)
