I have a SL project with server side rendering and it includes the report and XAML.
In my web.config file (which I have not changed), there is a blue error line under silverlightFaults in the code below. When I hover over this, it pops up: "The element behavior has invalid child element silverlightFaults"
Should I be concerned? This web.config was created for me as I followed the steps in the user guide example: Creating a Report and Integrating It Into a Silverlight Application'

It has been a while since you have made your post, in case you still need support I will be glad to assist you further. I suppose the other community members can benefit from this answer as well. I have been looking into your post and it seems like that this issue is related to Visual Studio IDE because I found a couple of forum threads in StackOverflow and MS forums where the same issue was discussed and there wasn’t any solution to this, so I can suggest you contact with MS for further assistance.

Thank you for this update. I do still have the blue line but so far it doesn't seem to be causing problems with the actual site's functionality - that I can see. But, it would be good to have it corrected also.
