I'm working on a large ASP.NET application that has been making use of UltraWebTab (version 1.0.6007.7) for several years now but the time has come for this app to be cross-browser.
UltraWebTab doesn't function in Safari, Chrome, or Firefox (versions 5, 9, and 3.6, respectively) and doesn't render properly in Firefox.
What is the best course of action?

UlraWebTab with version 1.0 was built long before Firefox, Safari and Chrome were available. It is possible that it does not support those browsers.I can suggest you to upgrade UltraWebTab for the latest version. If you move to the WebTab, then it will be even better, because it has more options including moving/closing tabs on client, processing ContentUrl (TargetUrl of Tab), validations, etc.

I had some doubts in upgrade UlraWebTab in to WebTab. The properties are differ from UlraWebTab to WebTab, then how is it possible convert existing project?. Is it almost equivalent to reconstruct right???? Am waiting for your response.

Lat time the updates/fixes for UltraWebTab were available more than 2 years ago. If there are some issues with latest browsers, then application should find a way to upgrade to WebTab.
