They are part of the install, just not available in the toolbox. If you are still having trouble with FireFox 3.6, please report them to support so that we can look into them.

okay, horrible message, i read "ASP.NET Product Changes"... in my worstest nightmare, I kind of thought, that happend what you descriped accurately described in "ASP.NET Product Changes".
We started the project last year with with 2009 Vol 1. At this time it was a good choice to use the controls. Now im not sure, we done the right thing. I dont think its very easy to move the hole project to the new controls. The design decision for the infragistics controls will cost use now very mutch time and money...
for the moment thank you. I will discuss this problem with the rest of the team and serach a solution.
High Gary,
yes, we too serach a solution. We used IG, because we hoped with this big company we have the right partner.
If anyone told us bevor, that we make an invest in a dead horse, we seleced other controls. Not millions but more than enough time and money is gone.
I am working now more than 20 years as software designer and know this problem to good. Using Tools from an company like IG and than they go a way witch destroyes the work of many years. One of the resons why i decided times bevor to use only microsoft controls or designed my own controls. When i started at the new company, i am not happy using the IG controls, but the team thougth this will be a good choice. The good thing is a redesign of the user interface can be good for the product. I try to find something good in this.
perhaps IG will learn something out this und find a way to support the classic controls for a longer time. It can not be the way for us customers to migrate to newer but worser Controls. Some of the new controls are great, but we need the classic controls too. Such a decision to let Controls die without a Solution to replace them... cheerless
IG please help us customers. Create a Solution / Tools to do the migration in a automatic way. Like a Tool witch replace a UltraWebGrid by the new Grid. After the mirgration a compile and the new Grid works like the old one. This is only a dream... If something like that is not possible, we need the classic controls.
a question:
is it posible to use 2009 Vol 1 with 2010 Vol 2 (or the 2011 Version) together in one Project? So we have time to change page for page over the time. When the time will come, when a new browser will have a problem with a good old classic control, we must serach a solution. It is like it is, the time will come, i must tell my customer, bad luck, IG forsakes us, have patience with us, we need time to find a other solution.
I am absolutely astonished at this decision. We have millions of dollars invested in the product with the 'Classic Controls'. The newere controls not only are not similar they do not behave the same so there is a tremendous amount of learning just the quirks in the new controls much less how to use them. Apparenlty infragistics does not care about their customers. A better approach would have been to make the Classic controls work better or at least do both.
Rather then spend millions more to redo our product perhaps its time to look at a company who cares about the money their customers spend.
Gary
