I am using Workbook.Save Method to save my stream as an excel file, but one of borders getting truncated

This looks like an issue in the Excel engine. You will be notified when this is resolved and the service release is out through the case you have logged in our system for the same issue (CAS-48553-BH958).
But when I use, just a stream copy without any Workbook.save then its working fine without any border truncation. So its look like Workbook.save is producing some extra whitespace charters..
I have logged this with the sample you provided to make sure that his is resolved in your specific scenario.
