Hi.
I am trying to implement the ability to manipulate an axis using the mouse. I have not had any luck getting the axis to respond to the Mouse events.
Is there some sort of overlay or something that would stop the event from being fired in the axis?
I searched through all of the axis base classes and do not see anywhere where else where it is being handled. I am trying to handle the events in the NumericAxisBase class.
Hello Mike.
I have looged this with development with number: 35269 and they are currently working ot it. I have also created a support ticket on your behalf in our customer support system with id: CAS-48464-H8MCQB so you are automatically updated when a Service Release is available for you to download.

Hi Mike,
This issue has been fixed internally and is available for download: https://es.infragistics.com/Membership/Default.aspx?panel=Downloads#Downloads . I was wondering if you have been able to verify it?
Thanks for the feedback.
Best regards Petar.
Hello,
This issue with the axis not receiving mouse evnets was resolved in a service release for 10.2 (2066). I tested the Mouse Enter and Mouse Left Button Down events in 11.2 and I was able to add handlers to the X and Y axes and handle the events.
In order to do so, you should set the StrokeThickness on the axis to give the axis area a big enough surface space to receive mouse events since the events are only on the axis as opposed to the labels:
Please let me know if you have any questions.

This still does not work in the 2011 release
