I Have WebGrid i am adding the rows for it with a javascript function, This works fine untill FireFox3.5, When the users started using the FireFox3.6 my 2009(9.2V) Control WebGrid is no more adding the new rows, So i tested with a sample application and found interesting not even a Javascript Alert is working when you have Infragistics Contorls(specially i tested with WebGrid). Do Infragistics got any patch or Hotfix for this, Since this is a production issue need some urgent attention, Any soultion or code replacement suggestion is highly appericated!!.

Hi Pavan,
There were some known issue with regards to FireFox 3.6 but they are fixed in the latest service release for 9.2 and 9.1. This issue has also been reolved in the release on 10.1.
The service release was released on April 6th 2010 have you downloaded this version?
Please let me know which version you are using.

Currently i am using Version 9.2, Could you send me the link to download it?.
In order for you to download the latest service release you will need to log into your keys and downloads page. Here is a forum post that explains this process step by step.

I got the SP for 2009 controls Thank you very much, I would like to know how i should upgrade this SP for my existing application?.
You can use the upgrade utility which will update the Infragistics assembles for you.
