We are using Infragistics 9.1 version 2055 (latest) and MS Framework 3.5. Today I updated to IE8 and am getting some differences in appearance. These differences go away when compatibility view is turned on.
Sometimes I click on a column in the grid and it gets more narrow.
There are more that I keep finding. We were hoping this upgrade would be seamless, not causing us a bunch more work. Can anyone help?
I have found that if you set:
<RowStyleDefault>
<Padding Left="0px" />
</RowStyleDefault>
While there is still a small discrepancy in resulting widths, this gets 98% of the difference in the display between IE 6/7 and IE 8.
Regards.
Sorry to say we are not able to use Infragistic and IE8 yet. We are waiting for the next Infragistics release of 9.2 which is suppose to be on 10/26 before we upgrade again. I have been told that they fixed some of my problems but not the difference in cell padding. They have told me this is a IE8 bug.
We are experiencing the same issue. However, we are using 9.1 build 2101. We have tried changing the cell padding as someone suggested to no avail.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
