Thanks for kind reply.but what i feel is we just load a  SQL table  on that ultra webgrid on dynamic..  then how to edit, insert or delete in dynamic thru sql command not using stored procedure. to be just implete fully coding based..will u help me?

This is pretty much the same -- I mean the actual physical way to access the datasource does not really matter -- it can be stored procedure, dynamic DataTable, LINQ, anything -- you just need to follow the general logic of the sample.
