Hi, how exactly can i use the Appstylist for changing the design of the Ultrawebmenu ? i currently use the newest Version 2008 Vol3 .
When i go to the Webmenu Designer i can only choose from given Presets , but i cannot find out how i can use i new stylelibrary i created with the Appstylist for ASP.Net
Is there also a download page from infragistics i can find new Stylelibraries or Presets ?Thanks Martin
Slightly more detailed instructions below, this is with Windows Vista SP1 and Infragistics V.8.2
The infragistics addin can be found at Start > All Programs > Infragistics > NetAdvantage AppStylist for .NET > Application Styling Configuration
This will launch a local c drive webpage that gives instructions on how to install the addin.
With your web app solution open in Visual Studio 2005, select;
Tools > Application Styling Configuration
You can then select the project that you would like to add application styling to, and Import StyleSets from your saved .wsl style library file, you can also set the directory name within your web app when these StyleSets are imported, the default is ~/ig_res/
I hope this is a little clearer,

H Martin, in the infragistics programs menu is a tool to add the appstylist tool into the visual studio tools menu, add that in and launch visual studio again, open your web application and launch the appstylist tool from the vs tools menu, you should now be able to browse to the stylelibrary and import your visual schemes, this will modify your web.config and create a directory in your web app, you should now be able to apply stylesets to the webmenu, alternatively you could completely restyle the entire website by setting a default styleset which you will get the opportunity to do when you run the tool in the afforementioned import...
This is for VS2005, I'm not sure about 2008. I have heard that people are having difficulty getting the tool to show up in the vs tools menu, it can be done but I think there is a bit of a workaround that you have to do;
hoping this helps, regards,
John C.
