I'm trying to create a table that has about 20 columns in it, and as best I can tell, there is no way to pan or horizontally scroll the screen so that I can see the rightmost column. The only option appears to be zooming way way out to a microscopic size.
Am I correct that there's no way to horizontally scroll or pan the window.
Ok, I figured out a solution.
It's a little kludgy and awkward, and it would be nice to have regular ol' panning and horizontal scrolling, but one way to trick or force it to do so it to stretch the screenpart's dimensions wayyy out to the right, which will trigger the horizontal scroll bar to appear, but then you still have to fiddle with the fit-to-screen and zoom buttons on the left edge of the screen menu in order to make it appear properly.
The panning and horizontal scrolling needs to be untethered from the screenpart size in order to work properly.
David,
You should see the design surface horizontal scrollbar if you move the mouse above and near the timeline section, in the same place you ended up seeing it. Can you try that?
You can also pan on both directions as much as you need by holding the SPACE key and dragging with the mouse inside the surface.
Hope this helps.

Holding SPACE is just what I needed.
Thanks
