Hi!
I faced with this problem for the first time after I updated IS. Now I have version 1 (update 14).
The problem: I create a new prototype. In this prototype I create 1 screen with repeater. Then I saved all and run prototype. But IS display error: "Hmm... We can't load this prototype. If this keeps showing, you might want to try out with another browser (though all modern ones are supported) or check our user forums."
It's also repeats when I generate HTML prototype and run it in chrome.
BUT! Prototypes, created in previous versions, running without problems.
Thank you!
I just done one experiment: I deleted repeater, und used table instead. So IS started running my prototype correctly without errors. So the problem is in the repeater!
Hi Natalia,
Thanks for reporting this.
Is it just an empty repeater?
Could you please create a screen like the one you mentioned, publish a prototype with it and send us the link? or just send us the screen? We can't reproduce it here.
Thanks a lot.
Andres
I use table inside repeater.
https://indigo.infragistics.com/prototype/9H6J4Z9H.html - here my test prototype (password - 12345). May be I just do it too complicated, and nobody will do like me)
Thanks! Yes, that's a bug. It will be fixed for v2, which will be out later this month.
Would it be possible for you to define the prototype without the grid inside the repeater?
Regards,
Yes, ofcorse, it would be possible!
Thank you very much!

Helo Claudia ;)
No repeaters in my design but I am getting the same error ('Hmm... We can't load this prototype. If this keeps showing, you might want to try out with another browser (though all modern ones are supported) or check our user forums.') when I am running into a page with tabs on Mac/Chrome.
v2, freshly installed today.
Any ideas? Thanks.
Wojtek
P.S. Long time no see ;D
Hello,
I'm glad to tell you that we published an update to Indigo that includes a fix for this issue.
All you need to do is open Indigo. If you haven't disabled automatic updates (and haven't already installed the new update), you will be prompted to download and update. If you don't see it there, you can always double-check by going to MENU -> Help and About and clicking on the Check for Updates button on the right side.
The current version is now Version 2 (update 1) or for Indigo Lite Version 1 (update 17).
Thanks for sending your feedback and please let us know if you have any other question or feedback.
Sincerely,
Valerie

Hello Wojtek,
The Indigo team was able to reproduce your issue and will be providing a fix.
I have created a private case, CAS-125052-G1X1R0, to track this issue for you an notify you when it is resolved.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Hello Valerie. Unfortunately I can't share the prototype since it's client's work and I am bound by the nda.
Sorry :)
Cheers
Would it be possible for you to share your prototype with us to help us determine the issue?
If so, you can send the prototype to support@infragistics.com and include attn:Valerie in the Subject.
An update - it actually works well when opened from a web server rather than local drive. Weird...
