Hi,
I'm using a custom screen size, 825 x 2000. Indigo seems to save this. However, when I export or run the screen, the height appears to be truncated to about 1200 pixels.
How can I correct this so that I can share a screen that runs below the bottom of a standard browser window? (Working on Windows 7 version of Indigo)
thanks!
Gary
Hi Gary,
I've just shared this screen: http://indigo.infragistics.com/prototype/2YR0QAFD
It has 825 x 2000 (the white rectangles have 900px height each) and I can scroll down to see the bottom part. Is this what you meant?
Regards,
Diego
Hi Diego,
Thanks for the very quick reply! When I share the screen I'm working on, only the top 1200 pixels are visible. All of the screen and the elements within below the 1200 pixels are cut off. In my case, that cutoff occurs in the middle of images.
thanks,
All the screens have the same canvas size. What happens in the UI is that I set the canvas size on the home screen, then view another screen. When I go back to the home screen, the canvas size has automatically been reset to 1200 height. Here's a link to an export:

Hi Gary!,I'm glad to tell you that we published an update that includes a fix for the bug you've reported in this thread. Please let us know if you have any other question or feedback.Best regards,ClaudiaIndigo Studio Team
Awesome, thanks Diego! I've written to the indigo email address with my address to send me the files.
Thanks again!
Great, I see the problem now.
Your screen suffers from a problem that was fixed in the latest update (last Friday). I fixed the screen manually and I can send it back to you through email (just write to indigo at infragistics.com) or as an attachment here.
We'll include this as an automatic fix for next release so no one has this problem with old screens.
Thanks!
