So I might be over thinking this a bit, but the only way I can figure out how to remove a screen from a project is to delete it's file from the project folder. Is that correct?
Thanks,
RC
Hi, Randy!
A lot has been going on since you wrote. I'm glad to tell you that our current version supports right click to pull up a context menu. Here you can find more information about this feature.
Once again, thank you for helping us make Indigo better. If you have any questions or more feedback about the product, we'd love to get your thoughts.
Best regards,ClaudiaIndigo Studio Team
Thanks for the feedback, Randy. We are adding right-click there. It was more a matter of prioritization than that it's not a good thing to do--people are accustomed to doing that both on Mac and Win.
If you have any other ideas or suggestions, please add/vote on them here. Later!
I was working from the main screen/storyboard selection view and I would swear that I had tried the delete key, but it was very late and anything is possible. I just tried the delete key and it "archived" the screen for me. Thanks for the help. I do miss being able to use a right-click to pull up the context menu in Windows, but I understand that it's multi-platform and that's probably a bad idea. I'll get over that one.
By the way, I really like what I see from Indigo Studio so far. I'm still learning the program, but I'm really looking forward to some of the features that are under development and consideration. I've tried a number of different prototyping tools; MockupScreens, Balsamiq, Axure, Expression Blend, among others, and everything is either horribly complex for a single developer environment or falls flat like Balsamiq in showing what a prototype might look like when it's actually running. Thanks for your efforts. They are very much appreciated.
By the way, would you mind sharing where you wanted to/expected to be able to delete it?
If you select it in the project view (clicking on the project tab and/or folder icon up top), you can just press delete. Is that what you're looking for?
