Hi,
I downloaded Indigo Studio today, and when launching the product, I get this message:
One or more ActiveX controls could not be displayed because either: 1) Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page, or 2) You have blocked a publisher of one of the controls. As a result, the page may not display correctly.
I have flash, silverlight and java all installed. My main browser is Chrome and also have IE installed. I am on Windows 7 / PC and downloaded the Windows version.
Any thougts?
Bianca
Hi Bianca,
Indigo needs Active X control to be enabled in the Internet Zone of IE (they are disabled for instance if the Internet zone security is set to High)
You should be able to enable them by allowing them on the Internet Zone of the IE Internet Options (see attached image).
Thanks,
Claudio.
Thank you, that stopped the error message, but now I am just getting an Indigo splash screen, and it goes no further...
Any thoughts?
Can you verify if Javascript is enabled in the same Internet Explorer options as shown in the attached image.
Thanks,Claudio
Well, I was able to change that notification...... And I got more than just the Splash page. BUT
I got the "Download Silverlight" message.
I already have Silverlight 5, but just to be sure, I uninstalled and re-installed directly from the link in the app.
Closed the app, reopened the app.....
Still just getting the Download Silverlight message.
Hi Pidong,
We talked on the phone yesterday, and the problem was solved by resetting the internet zone to the default level.
Please let us now if you have any other question or concern.

Can you attach a screenshot of the current error you are getting under Windows 10 and the IE settings you have ?
Hi Claudio,
All the settings I have are correct in IE, but I still have the original error message showing.I'm using windows 10.

Thank you Finally made it in!
Being that we are all Google/Chrome at my job, I don't think I have used IE on this computer, outside of testing!
Can you try resetting the Internet Zone to the Default level as in the attached image.
