I have encountered an issue with the exporter plugin for Sketch. I have downloaded the file and installed the plugin. It seems to be installed as it appears in the "Plugins" menu in Sketch and also shows in the plugins manager, but when I choose my option from the drop down, nothing happens. A dialogue window is supposed to appear with options for screen size, save location, etc but I don't get this - I just get nothing.
Has anyone else encountered this behaviour and do you know how to resolve it?
Thanks
Hi, Ross.
Thanks for the report!
I was able to reproduce the issue, which is a good thing. We have started to look into it, and suspect that it's related to changes in the Sketch API. It may take us a bit more time to investigate. Unfortunately, we can't offer any temporary workarounds for now. I'll update this thread as soon as we make progress.
BTW are you using Sketch v66+?
Hello George,
Thanks for the reply - good to know it's not just me doing something wrong.
I'm using Sketch version 66.1.
Can you try using the attached plugin and confirm whether the issue is resolved? If so, we will update our download server with this version. Will wait for you.
Download Indigo Exporter Sketch plugin
My apologies - I think I may have been too quick to say that the issue had been resolved. I was able to export my files using the latest version of the plugin but I have hit a further problem when I try to open the files in Indigo Studio…
I should see my screen design with various elements from the Indigo Sketch UI kit, but all I can see are grey rectangles with red text showing a url linking to an image.
I have also tried this with a very minimal design that doesn't use any of the Indigo Sketch UI kit and it also just shows the grey rectangles with red text.
Sorry for posting this here and on the community forum.
While we wait for your file, can you test whether you are facing the same issue with the following Sketch document?

Hello Ross,
Glad that you managed to track your issue.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance with this matter.
Ok, I figured out where I was going wrong… I need to run Indigo Studio on a Windows VM because it won't run on the latest MacOS. When I export the files from Sketch I am then compressing the folder to email it from MacOS to Windows. When I double click on the zip folder in Windows, it does not actually unzip the folder, it just shows the contents. So when I try to open the project file, the links to the images/assets are all wrong. I didn't realise that in Windows, double clicking a zip folder doesn't actually unzip it.
