this file along with all required resources is part of the installer for the product (both Trial and Licensed). Could you let me know if you are experiencing a specific installer issue?

The "ig.ui.min.js" file is part of the NetAdvantage for jQuery product 11.2 and earlier and is not available in the later versions(For default 11.2 installation you can find it under: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Infragistics\NetAdvantage 2011.2\jQuery\js\combined\min\ig.ui.min.js"). In later versions like NetAdvantage for jQuery 12.1 and IgniteUI 12.2 this file was renamed to "infragistics.js". If you did the default installation for example of IgniteUI 12.2 then you'll find this file in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Infragistics\IgniteUI 2012.2\js\infragistics.js".
As an alternative in 12.1 and 12.2 you can use Infragistics loader. You can find more information on Infragistics loader in "Using Infragistics Loader" topic.
P.S.: Can you please tell me where did you see this file name, so we can correct its name.
