I see samples out there that show ASP MVC code, but none with native ASP.Net code. Can you direct me?
Hi smaple2dt,
You can check http://samples.infragistics.com/aspnet/ComponentOverview.aspx?cn=web-upload for ASP.NET samples for WebUpload.

Miro Hristov
These ASP.Net samples all appear to be MVC. I am looking for a native ASP sample.
My current attempt renders the control properly at design time, but only an empty DIV shows up in rendered code at run time for the Upload command and the page is blank.
What important thing am I missing?
Here is my current ASPX page Code:

Hi,
Thanks for using the file upload.
in fact the URL that Miroslav has given above is about ASP.NET samples, not MVC. You can have a look at the source code below:
http://samples.infragistics.com/aspnet/Samples/WebUpload/Display/ClientSideEvents/Default.aspx?cn=web-upload&sid=beded808-bc61-4eca-a918-c1cba447e1df
In general, i suggest to double check if all the referenced scripts and CSS are correctly loaded when you run tie page. If you can use Firebug / Dev Toolbar, or put a screenshot of your project structure, or best - attach your project, that would be of great help.
Thanks again,
Angel

Hi
Can anyone tell me, which files are needed to use WebUpload Control and where they can be found?
Whenever i run application it throws exception.
Microsoft JScript runtime error: 'jQuery' is undefined
Microsoft JScript runtime error: The Infragistics WebUpload requires jQuery to be loaded.
Kindly tell me how to use this control and which files need to be loaded and where i can find them?
Regards
Hi sheeeraz001,
Your problem is caused probably because you have not referenced jQuery javascript file. You can include it as using your local version or get it from jQuery site - http://jquery.com/
You can check any of our samples about WebUpload - there it is explained how to use the control and which exactly files (js and css) should be included so the control to work . Please check our samples:

Hi Mike,
WebUpload is ASP.net + JQuery control and that's why we allow users to set jquery js file and jquery-ui js file, CSS theme. This is specific according to our new JQuery controls.
About configuring settings of webupload in web.config you should do it manually because webupload could be run on different servers IIS6/7 and frameworks and this could not allow us to configure specific parts of web.config - for instance HTTPModule and HTTPHandler.
IG Guys
Are there any plans to make the WebUpload a little easier to implement for ASP.Net web forms? Requiring to manually add several JS and CSS files (which I had to manually copy from your samples site because I cant find a nice download including them in any of the documentation - what did I miss?) and put lots of settings into the web.config seems a little over the top when compared to both other ajax based file uploaders for asp.net and also when compared to the rest of your excellent controls.
Mike
