Hi,
the hard drive where I had my installation of Net Advantage 2013.1 failed and I need to reinstall. Repairing the installation with the plattform installer fails and I cant install fresh, because the platform installer will only let me "modify" and "repair", which doesnt work. Any ideas?

Thank you for using our forum.
Our platform installer will give you the option to Uninstall the product and later to install it again. In that way the path will be changed correctly to the new location.
Another thing that you can do is to Uninstall the product from Control Panel -> Add remove programs and after you remove it, install a fresh copy.
There is another option also, you can try to install the product through the .msi file which is located in the Platform Installer folder->Setups:

Thanks for the reply. The problem is, that the uninstall fails. No product is uninstalled. I tried both ways.

You can download our offline bundle (NetAdvantage Ultimate 2013 Vol. 1 Platform Installer) from here( https://es.infragistics.com/my-account/keys-and-downloads/ -> Dev Tools -> NetAdvantage Ultimate 2013 Vol. 1 Corporate), and from folder Setups to run NetAdvantage_ASPNET_20131.msi which will give you the option to remove the product (Please have a look at the image below).
Your case is very tricky, because our product was not properly deleted and now when your drive failed the references within Windows registers could not find the files that need to be Repaired/Removed.
