I tried to install some of the NetAdvantage ICON packages, but the installer reports an "Invalid CD-key" error. Do I need a different one than my current key (NetAdvantage Ultimate 2012 Vol. 1)?

We had fixed this issue already. I believe that if you just re-download the desired Icon packs, and use your Ultimate product key, you will be able to install the desired pack freely on your machine.

I just downloaded the Infragistics ICONS 2GB Zip File for version Ultimate 13.2, and this issue is happening to me also. My Infragistics Ultimate 13.2 key will not work.

Hi - I was highly skeptical of your reply, because I only downloaded the7+ GIG(no 2+ Gig as I previously stated) ICONS zip file yesterday, November 20, 2013. But just to be 100% sure I downloaded it again just this morning with the exact same results.
The contents of the zip file, once unzipped, are identical:

As you can see , they are all identically dated between the two downloads.
But just to be 100%, I also tried to run every installer executable from today's download, and I got a failure 100% of the time. Each and every failure looked like this, with a red triangle next to the key:
Of course I erased the personal identifiable information from the image so you won't see name, organization, or key value. I copied the key from my account and used the 13.2 key.
I think this issue has returned.

You are experiencing really interesting behavior. We had this issue only for a few hours on 20th of November, and we have fixed it on the very same day. Yesterday (on 21st, before I sent the reply, I have tested it again, by downloading the pack, and using an Ultimate 13.2 key, and every single pack was working as expected.) Today (22nd of November) I have tested it on a two new fresh machines(downloading the Icons pack separately on each of them), and I am still able to use an Ultimate 13.2 product key successfully on both of the machines.
From your screenshots, seems that both times you were experiencing the issue, since the contents of the expected Icons pack are a little bit different than the ones that you currently have. If it is possible for you, I would like to ask you to download the Icons pack one more time from your account, and verify just the contents of the zips, with the already downloaded ones. If you wouldn't like to download the whole pack again, you could go to the Infragistics Icons website, and look for the desired icons there: http://icons.infragistics.com/ and download just the desired ones.In case of any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us again.
Thanks - I just downloaded them again and now the EXE's all show a created date of 11/20/2013. I was able to successfully install all 8 sets using the installers.
