Proof of purchase?

Hi!

The company, that I working in, want to buy Infragistics NetAdvantage for use in own products.

In our country companies have some difficuilties to have dollar account, so I tried to find local reseller in Ukraine to take invoice and pay from company's account, but didn't found any reseller.

Question: If I pay from my own Visa, how this payment will be associated with my company?

And if some goverment organisations will come to us to check licenses of products that we use, what proof of purchase we can show them?
