I keep getting the following error at least once a day. Have tried updating Infragistics via the menu, but it reports it is all up to date.
Any advice on this issue?
Hi Ryan,The attached screenshot is not very helpful to find out what you are actually trying to do, so if you can provide me with the steps to reproduce the issue would be very much appreciated.
Which framework are you using? Is it possible to get the Stack Trace from the crash?
ThanksJosheela
Hi Josheela.
The funny thing is, lots of times, I'm not actively using that VS.NET window, and in another app on the machine. It just ends up popping up. The solution doesn't happen to have references to Infragistics either. If it helps, here is what the Infragistics menu looks like:
Here's the StackTrace from event viewer.

Hello Ryan,
Thank your for the information. We will try to recreate the environment in which you reproduce this behavior.
In the meantime, to narrow down the causes for this situation please verify several things for us:
After the "/log" switch please specify a path where Visual Studio will dump its ActivityLog.xml. For example "/log C:\Logs\ActivityLog.xml". That way when Visual Studio crashes, it will save the information and reasons for the crash in this file. Please send us the ActivityLog.xml file (please remember to zip it first.
Thank you for your time!

Infragistics
Ok, I've launched VS that way. Will wait for a crash to happen. May be a few days (it didn't happen at all yesterday).
As far as extensions, I don't have Reflector on this box. I do have the Productivity Power Tools installed.
thanks. uploaded :)
Hi Ryan,
With regards to the sensitivity of the ActionLog.xml I've created a private case for this forum post. You can upload the log file in the support case and it won't be visible here.
Please navigate to https://es.infragistics.com/my-account/support-activity and login with your username and password for our website. In the active cases tab, you should be able to see your case. When you click it, you should be able to see details and upload attachments. Please zip the actionLog.xml before you upload it because an XML file might not be able to go through our system.
Thank you for your cooperation!
Yes, it did occur. Thanks for asking.
What's a good email address to receive the xml file from me? I'd rather not attach here for privacy reasons.
Have you been able to reproduce a crash and generate the ActivityLog.xml? Please let me know as soon as you do.
Thank you for choosing Infragistics!
Thank you for the information, Ryan.
We will add Productivity Power Tools when we replicate the environment and I'll let you know if we succeed at reproducing this behavior before you send us the action log.
Sincerely
