How to pass   Webdatagrid Cellselected value  to  textbox?I need Your help?

I have a mixed set of columns in my WebDataGird, few coded in the markup and rest at code-behind before data bind operation,

Prob: I don't see the column header captions

In webdatagird , in one of column i have text field more than 500 charecters. The column width is fixed to 100.
So only 50 charecters of that text field is visible.

For example

 "Show the full text in the column when i take to the mouse to the cell"…
