Currently the XamSyntaxEditor only scrolls a single line at a time regardless of the operating system setting. The Infragistics support team has verified that it is currently not possible to change this behavior. This is very annoying when viewing large files and detracts from the usefulness of the control.  By pulling the system setting users could change this as they are able to do with most other applications with text scrolling capabilities.
