Support map projections in XamGeographicMap

Submitting per customer support case.

The XamGeographicMap has easy to use API than XamMap does. However, XamMap supports a lot of map projections while XamGeographicMap supports only Spherical Mercator projection. Can map projections be added to the XamGeographicMap or at least provide API to create custom map projections?
