Accessibility issue: XamTreeGrid: Reduced opacity records are unreadable

When using the XamTreeGrid filtering setting to display children and ancestors, the non-matching records have their opacity reduced by default (and I cannot see a way to not reduce opacity, while continuing to hide complete non-matches).

The behavior of reducing the opacity is fine, except that the value (.35) that was chosen is incredibly difficult to read due to the very low contrast. While making this configurable at the application/style level would be ideal, at the very least it should be readable. We have users who have very minimal vision issues who cannot read the text, but short of re-templating the data record presenter, we are unable to use the features built into the grid as expected.
