Currently, the UltraLegend is treated as a separate control from the UltraDataChart.  The chart and axis legend properties only serve to set the contents of the legend.  If you add the legend to the chart.Controls collection, it displays the legend but the legend overlaps the chart making portions of the header or of the edge of the chart not visible.  There is clearly no logic in the chart to handle the proper layout of the legend and the chart so they do not overlap. As is, you cannot place the legend under the chart title horizontally, which should be an option.  When you use the chart method to print the chart to an image, it does not include the legend, which I consider a critical element of the chart. 

Hence, I' like the Ultra Data Chart to handle the placement of the legend, to include the option to have a horizontal placement under the title an for the print to image to include the legend.
