The sample that you sent is working fine. But if I do the same thing in my application it's not working. Here is the code:

I used the same code in the sample I sent you and there everything seems to work ok on my side. When you ran the sample what was the behavior you got on your side? Were you able to do DragDrop when the NotAllowedTemplate was displayed?
