I need some help to give a name to the needle, not in the tool tip but like something that stays visible and moves with the needle.
Also trying to achieve something like just show the value on the gauge where the needle stops but not all the intervals.

Thank you for your post. I have been looking into the question that you are having I have created a sample application for you, that shows how you can create a Behavior that allows adding a label to the needle of the XamLinearGauge. The behavior allows setting Content and ContentTemplate and displays.
