Show Minimize/Expand and Help button in Ribbon as it is done MS Office 2010

Hello,

I have the requirement to show a Minimize/Expand button and a Help button, as it is done for MS Office 2010 ribbons as it is shown in the attached screenshot.

How can I achieve this?
