change shortenings in XamDateTimeEditor and XamMonthCalendar

Hello, I want to change the shortenings "Su", "Mo", "Tu", "We", "Th", "Fr", "Sa" in XamDateTimeEditor and XamMonthCalendar. Is this possible?

Hello, adding a Template to CalendarDayOfWeek Class and a CalendarDayOfWeekConverter to this Template works well. Thanks very much.

You can either use the DayOfWeekHeaderFormat property of the xamMonthCalendar or if those values do not suit your requirements then you would need to re-template the CalendarDayOfWeek element.
