I'm trying to add summary definitions and summaryDescription to XamlDataGrid ,is it possible to show summary like a last row of which first columns is SummaryDescription ?

Thank you for the provided screenshots. I have been looking into your requirement and I am attaching a sample application(DataGridSummaryDefinition.zip) where I have put the caption and the summary results on the same line.
