I've seen 'Create Custom Filter' sample in online documentation. Is it possible to create custom filter when FilteringSettings.AllowFiltering="FilterMenu" ? For example I have a column which can have 'A' or 'E' values. I would like to display (in FilterMenu) some extended description of those values or just 'AP' instead of 'A' and 'EM' instead of 'E'. Is it possible ?

Thank you for the sample. I was able to add new elements to text filters in Filter Menu. However originally I wanted to display different values on the main filter screen, not the actual column values. I don't think it's possible to do using column filtering and it might be I just will add some radio buttons outside the grid.
