I could not reproduce your issue.

I created an OrgChart application and refreshed its datasource. Nodes appeared in the sample location.

 Please run the attached sample on your machine and feel free to modify this sample so that it replicates your issue.

 Call the XamOrgChart's ScaleToFit Method
  private void button1_Click( object sender, RoutedEventArgs e )   

  {       ((CViewModel)mainWindow.DataContext).LoadData();

       xamOrgChart1.ScaleToFit();

    }
