We have an issue with the zoombar on the xamDataChart.
The zoombar is only rendered after the layouting from the datachart itself is finished. This results in 2x changing of the layout of the hosting controls.
Visually this is anoying to or user as the controls bellow the datachart are moving/shifting Up/Down multiple times.

If we hide the zoombar, then everything works correctly.
