Spin Buttons in XamDateTimeEditor

Is there anyway to get the Spin Buttons inside the XamDateTimeEditor to work when the control is Not in Edit Mode?  They are clickable, but nothing happens unless the control is in Edit Mode.

    Hello,

     

    I have been reading through your post and I have created a sample application for you that demonstrates how the XamDateTimeEditor’s spin button can modify the data when the control is not in edit mode. In order to do that I have modified the Template of the XamDateTimeEditor, by setting the Command property of the spin buttons.
