VerticalScroll is not appear when it should

Hi!

I have a trouble with vertical scroll in a XamDataGrid. When I change height of the window with XamDataGrid, scroll is not appear when it should. It seems like a bug.

I made a sample solution. Please say what do you think about it and how I could solve this problem.
