If you create a modal XamDialogWindow then you can't tab between controls. The focus seems to be lost when you press the tab.
Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug?

I wasn't able to reproduce this issue with last 10.3 SR(2065 build).
So I suggest you to download and install the last 10.3 serviceRelease, which is available on our website.
