i've downloaded the Net Advantage for WPF which installed correctly. Afterwards I tried to install the NetAdvantage_WPF_20072_Help_SA but this installation fails every time showing the message "Installation ended prematurely because of an error".
I had the beat version installed before which i uninstalled before re-installing the latest version.
Unfortunately, this is a very generic error message. We have our installers display something more meaningful whenever we can, but we can't always do so. The best suggestion I can give is to generate a log file of the installation, which a Developer Support Engineer can research to see what the error is and what can be done about it.This article in our Knowledge Base shows how to generate a log file as part of an installation. As the article notes, this file is likely to be large.Once you have the log file, please submit a support request to Developer Support, attaching the log file.
