Issue with 2010.03 XamDataGrid - Can no longer move the first column (zeroth index)

Programatically calling Move(0,x) does not yield anything however Move(1,x) does.

This worked in 2009.02.

Please clarify.

I submitted an issue with developer support and the case number is CAS-56477-KLKQZK. I have also logged this as a bug with TFS #59917.
