I have been reading through your description and am not sure what are you trying to achieve since by default the DataPoint values are displayed inside the pie slices:

hmm... that is suspect... in my WPF-App ist nothing in the pie pieces... i use the XamChart...
but i create the full chart at code behind... i can make a screenshot at monday...
