xamCheckEditor Disabled in CellValuePresenter doesn't show correctly in windows 7

When i set "IsEnabled" property to false in a CellValuePresenter bound to a boolean class property, it's shown well in windows XP but not in Windows 7, it appears like enabled.

How can i get the same appearence in both systems?

Is it a bug?

I've tested with 2009.1, 2009.2 and 2010.2 infragistics version.

I attached a sample project that reproduces that issue
