I included a sample project so you can see the problem. If i use the mouse's scroll wheel, the tiles scroll, but the scroll position indicator on the right does not move to reflect that. If you drag position sensor, it works. I just need it to reflect what the user is doing? Bug?

This seems like an issue. I have logged it into our tracking system. The issue number is 36188. Developer support will create a case for you so that you will be noticed when a service release is out fixing the problem.
