Hi all,
I'm trying run the xamDataGrid examples in the xamFeatureBrowser sample app, but I keep getting exceptions:
The invocation of the constructor on type 'Infragistics.Samples.WPF.xamFeatureBrowser.Samples.XamDataGrid.FixedFields_samp' that matches the specified binding constraints threw an exception.
Any suggestions?
This is NetAdvantage 2010.2, using the .Net 4.0 framework.
Thanks,
Greg

Hi,
As you said x86 compile will work with ADODB but, I am facing anthoer issue below.
I tried doing POC for 3D Chart on 64bit machine but, not working with x86 compilation. And works with any cpu and x86. Any idea?.
using infragistics wpf 9.2 version (xamchart - setting property View3D= true )
Thanks

Excellent, thanks!
Hello Greg,
This is due to the fact that the OLEDB Provider is not supported on a 64bit machine. What you can do is configure the Visual Studio's Configuration Manager to use a x86 bit platform. Once you set this, the sample should be working correctly.
Hi Greg,
Are you trying to build the xamFeatureBrowser project on a 64-bit machine? If that's the case, the problem is in the 'Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0' provider, not in the project itself.
To get arround this issue before building the project, please change it's Platform target from "Any CPU" to "x86", then give it another try.
Hope this helps.
