I just want keep the cell highlight when the cell selected.

Row highlight is controlled by the DataRecordCellArea and its brush properties. You can set them to transparent so you do not see the record highlight.
If I set them to transparent, when I select whole row. It won't see the record highlight either.
Now I am not sure what you are trying to achieve. In your initial post you said that you want to remove the highlight.
I want only highlight cell when I click cell. And highlight record when I click the row selector. Is it clear?
