No matter what I do my content remains in the center of the page. I only have five lines of data and no grid. Can someone tell me where I can set the alignment???

I was wondering if you had tried using the ReportPagePresenter feature. This feature lets you apply a ControlTemplate to the PagePresenterStyle - giving you control how the Report is presented.
You can find a sample how to use this feature in the Reporting - Themes and Custom Styles section of the Feature Browser sample.
