I looked in the default styles for a PaneToolWindow control template without success. The one that Blend created for me has some issues. Can someone post an accurate control template here please, including any other hidden dependencies? Thanks,

The PaneToolWindow style is defined in the xamDockManager default xaml but it is based on the ToolWindow style defined in the windows default xaml. That is where you will find the template. Note, by default when run in a Windows app the toolwindow doesn't show its own chrome but just uses the OS chrome.
