Today at the version of xamDataGrid 2009 vol 9.1 i can fix (lock / freeze) a field in fieldlayout and its work nice.
Is there a way to do so to DataRecord(s). Lock / Freeze the record i wants?

There is no such functionality in the XamDataGrid.
You can, however, request this here as a feature in future releases.
You can use the other big new feature in 9.1 - record filtering. So instead of fixing a record, you can filter the records and display only the ones satisfying that filter expression.
